In 1954, a small three-wheeled motorized vehicle for hauling concrete, cement blocks and other materials went to work in a Colorado uranium mine. It was something no one had seen before … a diesel vehicle used in underground mining.

Getman’s Scoot-Crete paved the way for diesel innovations that changed underground mining transportation. In the 50 years since then, Getman has been defining the use of diesel equipment in underground mining. Our groundbreaking vehicles have proven themselves around the world by helping miners improve production and safety.
